About Advokate

Advokate Life & Education Services is a registered charity in British Columbia. Our mission is to promote the inherent worth and dignity of every human being. We do this by putting HOPE into action for vulnerable women and families facing unplanned pregnancy, offering them compassionate, tangible support that empowers them to thrive.

We run three Hope for Women Pregnancy Services Centres across BC with locations including Abbotsford, Langley, and Prince George. All our services are free and confidential and include:

  • Counselling + emotional support
  • Pregnancy Tests
  • Ultrasounds
  • Free maternity and baby supplies
  • Postpartum support
  • Post-abortion care
  • Mentorship for dads-to-be
  • Community education

 

We are women-centred, hope-focused, and empowerment-oriented. We believe everyone has value, and we’re here to help.

Gianna’s life has been a short path littered with obstacles at every turn: challenges, betrayal, and cruelty. But for every setback, there have also been invitations into the greatest halls of government. A life that was never meant to be has been used to inspire—even save— others. Gianna Jessen was intended to die before she was born, just another one of the 1.2 million abortions each year in the United States. Instead of death, though, Gianna was bathed in a burning saline solution, but she overcame to enter the world.

Rebekah Hagan is one of today`s youngest speakers on the issues of teenage pregnancy, abortion, and abortion pill reversal. Raised in a Christian home where abortion was never discussed, Rebekah`s life in pro-life ministry was unplanned and fueled, instead, by her firsthand experience. She became pregnant at seventeen with her son, Eli, and again with a second child while in her first year of college.

Dr. Monique Ruberu is a daughter of The King, a wife to an amazing husband and a mother to five adorable kiddos (2 in heaven). She is a convinced Catholic and a Napro Technology Trained Pro Life Ob/Gyn.  Monique has a beautiful published conversion story titled "Rising with Roses." This book delves deep into her faith journey from a broken marriage to an amazing and precious relationship God.  It also describes life lessons she learned along the way and now shares with her patients on a daily basis.
